Reliable accommodation, polite staff, brilliant location close to beach and shops. Good customer service provided. Not to mention good wifi! Food was great and I have nothing but such great memories from this trip.

We liked every detail about our fantastic 5 nights stay here. Its location was central, a short walk to Mini Golf Parque Santiago V. The hotel was a great place for enjoying a great area. Beautiful room and helpful communication with the staff. The team provided an excellant service. Nice garden and good pool.

Overall, it's welcome base for exploring Playa de las Americas attractions. We appreciated our room with Wi-Fi. By the way, WiFi fee is 3 eur per 24 hours. It was worth its 3 stars.
